Mixed Corn Bread

(18 servings)

4 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 cups buttermilk
4 packets Sweet 'N Low® granulated sugar substitute
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups yellow cornmeal
½ cup whole-wheat flour
½ cup unprocessed bran
½ cup wheat germ
½ cup rolled oats

Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray 12x9-inch pan with nonstick coating agent.* In large bowl, beat eggs with electric mixer. Stir in oil, buttermilk, Sweet 'N Low, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt. Combine remaining ingredients, add to liquid, and mix thoroughly. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
