Maple Pecan Pie

1 9-inch prepared pie shell
3 eggs
1 cup dietetic maple syrup
2 tsp. Sweet 'N Low® Brown granulated sugar substitute
4 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups pecan halves

Preheat oven to 425°F. Break eggs into a large mixing bowl; beat with a fork or wire whisk until the yolks and whites are blended. Add maple syrup, Sweet 'N Low Brown, melted butter and vanilla. Stir in pecans. Pour filling into pie shell; bake 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350°F; continue baking 15-20 minutes more, or until knife inserted off-center comes out with bits of filling attached to it.
