Light and Lively Spiced Nuts
(8 servings)
2 cups blanched whole almonds
1 cup walnut halves
1 cup raisins
1 egg white
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
¾ teaspoon Sweet 'N Low® Brown granulated sugar substitute
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
Preheat oven to 300°F. In bowl, combine almonds, walnuts and raisins. In another bowl, beat egg white until foamy; add to nut mixture. Stir in remaining ingredients. On a baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, spread mixture. Bake about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool on waxed paper; break into pieces. Store in tightly covered container.
