Fresh Frozen Berries
(Makes 4 pints)
4 pints firm, ripe berries (blackberries, blueberries, raspberries)
4 1/2 teaspoons Sweet 'N Low®
3 cups cold water
Wash berries carefully in cold water. Drain in colander. Dissolve Sweet 'N Low in water. Fill 4 pint-sized containers with fruit. Add solution to cover berries, allowing 1/2-inch headspace. Seal tightly and freeze.
