Double Strawberry Bread
2 cups all-purpose flour
½ cup granulated sugar
6 packets Sweet'N Low®
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon baking soda
1 egg, slightly beaten
¼ cup (light) tub margarine
¾ cup non-fat milk
2 tablespoons Sweet'N Low® strawberry flavored syrup
1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
Preheat oven to 350°F. Use a non-stick 9x5x3" loaf pan, or spray a loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray. In medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, Sweet'N Low®, baking powder, salt and baking soda, blending well. Add egg and margarine; beat at low speed until well blended. Blend in milk and Sweet'N Low® strawberry flavored syrup; fold in strawberries. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and bake 60 to 70 minutes until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean and top is lightly browned. Remove from oven and allow to cool 5 minutes before removing from pan onto cooling rack to cool completely. Serve with Strawberry Butter, if desired.
