Delicious Whipped Topping

(About 2 cups)

3 tablespoons plain low-fat yogurt
¾ cup part-skim ricotta cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 packets Sweet 'N Low® granulated sugar substitute

In a small deep bowl, beat yogurt and ricotta cheese with electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Add vanilla and Sweet 'N Low and continue beating until mixture is thoroughly blended. Mixture will keep in refrigerator several days. Rewhip before serving. Serve as frosting on cakes and as topping on pies or fruit desserts.
