Creamy Chocolate Frozen Yogurt
(8 1/2-cup servings)
2 teaspoons cornstarch
¼ cup sugar
3 packets Sweet 'N Low® granulated sugar substitute
1 (12?ounce) can evaporated skim milk
¼ cup liquid egg substitute, beaten
2/3 cup chocolate syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup plain nonfat vanilla yogurt, stirred
In a medium saucepan, combine cornstarch and sugar. Stir in milk and egg substitute. Cook and stir over low heat for 6?8 minutes, or until mixture coats a metal spoon. Remove from heat. Add chocolate syrup and cool. Stir in vanilla and yogurt. Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions.
