Cinnamon Raisin Biscuits

(1 dozen biscuits)

1 cup sifted all-purpose flour
1 cup whole-wheat flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 packets Sweet 'N Low® granulated sugar substitute
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ cup (1/2 stick) margarine
½ cup raisins
¾ cup low-fat milk

Preheat oven to 425°F. In medium-size bowl, sift together dry ingredients. With pastry blender or knife, cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse oatmeal. Add raisins and stir to mix. Make a well in center of flour mixture. Pour in milk. Stir rapidly with spatula until dough is just moist enough to leave side of bowl to form a ball. Knead dough lightly 10 to 15 times, then roll or pat out on floured surface to ½ -inch thickness. Cut into circles with biscuit cutter. Fit close together on nonstick baking sheet.* Bake 10 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Transfer to cooling racks.
