Chocolate Chip Cookies

(60 cookies)

½ cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons Sweet 'N Low® Brown granulated sugar substitute
¼ cup sugar
3 packets Sweet 'N Low® granulated sugar substitute
½ cup fat free margarine
½ cup low fat margarine
2 ½-3 cups self-rising flour
½ cup liquid egg substitute
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
Low fat cooking spray

Cream together sugars, sugar substitutes, margarines, egg substitute, and vanilla. Add flour and mix until thoroughly blended. Chill dough for 30-40 minutes. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet that has been sprayed with a low fat cooking spray. Press 5 or 6 mini chips into each dough ball. Bake at 375°F for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
