Cherry Crumb Cake

(24 squares)

1 ½ cups self-rising flour
2 cups quick oats
1 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons Sweet 'N Low® Brown granulated sugar substitute
¾ cup liquefied Butter Buds® Mix
1 can (21 ounce) pie filling (strawberry, cherry, apple, or blueberry)

Mix everything together except the pie filling. Reserve 1 cup of the mixture for crumb topping. Pat the rest of the mixture into a 9 x 13 x 2" casserole dish that has been sprayed with a nonfat cooking spray. Pour can of pie filling on top of crumb mixture. Sprinkle remaining cup of mixture on top of pie filling. Bake 45 minutes-1 hour at 300°F. Serve warm with vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt or whipped cream.
