Cape Cod Oatmeal Cookies

(40-50 cookies)

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons Sweet 'N LowÒ Brown granulated sugar substitute
1 egg, well beaten
1 tablespoon molasses
¼ cup milk
1 ¾ cups oatmeal
1 cup seedless raisins or assorted nuts, cut fine, or ½ cup each
1 cup melted butter

Mix and sift flour, soda, cinnamon and salt. Stir in other ingredients. Arrange by teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Press flat with back of spoon. Bake at 375°F until edges are browned, about 12 minutes.
