Canned Plums

(4 pints)

4 pounds ripe, red plums, halved and pitted (about 32 medium-size)
2 cups water
4 teaspoons Sweet 'N Low® granulated sugar substitute

Combine plums and water in large saucepan; bring to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in Sweet 'N Low. Using a slotted spoon, pack an equal amount of plums into 4 hot, sterilized pint jars, leaving ˝-inch headspace. Return liquid to boiling and pour immediately over fruit, leaving ˝-inch headspace. Seal according to manufacturer's recommendations. Process 25 minutes in boiling water bath. Cool before serving. Store in a cool, dry, dark place.
