Canned Blueberries

(4 pints)

4 pints fresh blueberries
2 cups water
2 teaspoons Sweet 'N Low® granulated sugar substitute

Pick over berries, discarding any bruised fruit. Wash carefully in cold water; drain. Pack berries into 4 hot, sterilized, pint jars. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil and stir in Sweet 'N Low. Pour immediately over fruit in jars, leaving ˝-inch headspace. Seal according to manufacturer's directions. Process 15 minutes in boiling water bath.
