Canned Blackberries

(4 pints)

4 pints firm, ripe blackberries
3 cups water
2 tablespoons Sweet 'N Low® granulated sugar substitute

Rinse berries carefully in cold water, discarding any green fruit, stems, and caps. Pack berries into 4 hot, sterilized pint jars. Bring water to a boil and add Sweet 'N Low. Immediately pour over berries, leaving ˝-inch headspace. Seal according to manufacturer's directions. Process 20 minutes in boiling water bath. Cool before storing.
