Breakfast Shake
1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup skim milk
2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate
1 tablespoon wheat germ
2 packets Sweet'N Low
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 ice cubes
1. In a blender at medium speed, blend all the ingredients until smooth and frothy. Pour into a glass. Makes 1-1/2 cups or 1 serving.

(1-1/2 cups): 220 calories, 10 g protein, 42 g carbohydrate, 1 g fat, <1 g saturated fat, <1 mg cholesterol, 100 mg sodium
Diabetic Exchanges
: 1 nonfat milk exchange, 1 starch/bread exchange, 1 fruit exchange
Variation
: Add 1/2 cup sliced bananas; blend as directed
