Oatmeal Raisin Bars Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup unsalted margarine
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt substitute
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sweet 'N Low zero calorie sweetener
  • 1/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Cream margarine, brown sugar and Sweet 'N Low. Beat in egg and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients; add to brown sugar mixture. Press into 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat oven to 375F. Bake 20-25 minutes. Cool and cut into 1 x 2 inch bars.
