  • 1 cup sifted all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup whole-wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 packets Sweet 'N Low zero calorie sweetener
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) margarine
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 3/4 cup low-fat milk

Preheat oven to 425F. In medium-size bowl, sift together dry ingredients. With pastry blender or knife, cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse oatmeal. Add raisins and stir to mix. Make a well in center of flour mixture. Pour in milk. Stir rapidly with spatula until dough is just moist enough to leave side of bowl to form a ball. Knead dough lightly 10 to 15 times, then roll or pat out on floured surface to -inch thickness. Cut into circles with biscuit cutter. Fit close together on nonstick baking sheet.* Bake 10 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Transfer to cooling racks.

*If you don't own a nonstick baking sheet, you can spray your baking sheet with a nonstick coating agent.
