Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin seeds (optional)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 teaspoon coarsely chopped almonds
  • 1/2 cup plain non-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup low-fat milk
  • 1/2 cup oats (quick or old fashioned)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sweet’N Low® zero calorie sweetener
  • A pinch of each, ground cinnamon and ground nutmeg

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a cereal bowl. Stir well, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Serve chilled.
For a complete breakfast, serve with 8 ounces of milk and 1 cup of fruit.
