Breakfast Cereal Cookies
(6 dozen cookies)
1 cup liquefied Butter Buds® Mix
2 eggbeaters (1/2 cup)
1/2 cup sugar plus 6 packets Sweet 'N Low® granulated sugar substitute
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup brown sugar, packed (or 1/2 cup brown sugar plus 2 teaspoons Sweet 'N Low® Brown granulated sugar substitute)
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
2 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups Rice Krispies cereal
2 cups Quick Oats oatmeal
1 cup Grape Nuts cereal
1 cup raisins (optional)
Cream Butter Buds, sugars, eggbeaters, and vanilla with a hand mixer until smooth. Add flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, soda, and baking powder. Stir in oats, Rice Krispies, and Grape Nuts. Add raisins if desired. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a baking sheet that has been sprayed with a nonfat cooking spray. Bake at 350°F for 10?13 minutes.
