Beef and Cabbage Casserole
(4 servings)
1 pound lean ground beef
1 medium-size onion, chopped
3 cups finely shredded cabbage
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
½ cup uncooked long grain rice
2 packets Sweet 'N Low® granulated sugar substitute
1 ¼ cups water
Preheat oven to 350°F. In medium-size nonstick skillet, brown beef and onion; drain fat.* Transfer beef and onion to 2½ quart casserole and combine with remaining ingredients. Bake, covered, about 45 minutes.
