Banana Cake
1/2 cup butter
2 cups flour
6 teaspoons Sweet 'N LowÒ Brown granulated sugar substitute
1/2 cup milk, sweet or sour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda, or 1 teaspoon if sour milk is used
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup banana, mashed
1 teaspoon vanilla or lemon extract or both
Cream butter; add Sweet 'N Low Brown gradually. Add eggs and beat thoroughly. Add mashed bananas and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together and add alternately with milk. Bake at 350°F on a 8 to 9-inch cake pan for 20-30 minutes.
