Baked Beans
(4 servings)
1 16-ounce can pork and beans
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 cup tomato catsup
2 slices of bacon, cut into 1-inch slices
1/2 teaspoon Sweet 'N LowÒ Brown granulated sugar substitute
Combine ingredients, except the bacon. Pour into a casserole pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange bacon slices over beans. Cover and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 20 minutes longer.
