Baked Apples



6 tart apples, cored
2 teaspoons Sweet 'N LowÒ Brown granulated sugar substitute
3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Pare apples halfway down. Put in baking dish, pared side up. Melt butter. Stir in flour and mix well. Add Sweet 'N Low Brown and vanilla. Spread over apples. Bake at 425°F until crust is set. Lower temperature to 350°F. Bake until apples are tender.
